As owner and founder, Kip Richards leads Source Direct on client development and retention, sales and service-oriented initiatives and strategic partnership development. Through his commitment to this multi-faceted role, Kip has helped Source Direct establish a Global Network of cross-industry alliances and further the company's reputation. Kip's commitment has helped establish SDI as a premier architectural product manufacturer for custom and off-the-shelf barn door systems, shower glass system and complete vanity systems for the multi-family and hospitality industries. Kip is a graduate of Economics from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota and currently resides with his wife, Stephanie, and two children in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
